What details do you need to quote a backdrop?
Send the finished width and height, quantity, venue, indoor or outdoor use, event and setup time, artwork status, delivery point, and whether the request is print-only or includes a frame or installation scope.
What file do you need for backdrop printing?
PDF, AI or high-resolution artwork at the correct ratio is preferred. If you only have a poster, social visual or rough layout, send it with the finished size so any adaptation work can be reviewed and quoted.
Do you provide frame or installation support?
Support depends on the venue, structure, access, setup window and event schedule. Frame, delivery, mounting or installation is included only when it appears in the confirmed quotation and scope.
Can an urgent backdrop be completed before my event?
It depends on the final size, material, artwork readiness, approval speed, setup scope and current production schedule. Send the event date and complete brief first so the practical route can be checked.
