Event signage & wayfinding printing in Penang
Jprint Studio produces temporary event signage in Penang for entrances, registration, rooms and sponsor areas, including directional boards, tripod streamers, floor stickers and display signs.

Place the right message at every decision point
Guests need different information at the entrance, registration counter, corridor junction, room door and activity zone. Start with the route, then assign each message to a practical sign format.

The venue surface and guest flow determine the sign format
A message can be printed as a freestanding board, portable streamer, wall or door graphic, floor sticker or hanging display. The safest option depends on where it sits, how long it stays and what the venue permits.
Board, A-frame or stand
A portable route when walls cannot be used or signs need repositioning during the event.
Approved surface graphics
Temporary labels or panels for permitted doors and walls after surface and adhesive checks.
Removable floor route
Shape-cut arrows or markers with an appropriate matte finish for a confirmed floor surface.
Fabric and banner signs
Sponsor, zone or activity graphics suspended or mounted using the organiser's approved method.
Safety boundary: Temporary event wayfinding does not replace statutory emergency, fire, exit, accessibility or building safety signage. These must remain unobstructed and under the venue or competent authority's control. Jprint produces the approved event information layer.
Selected work
Wayfinding designed as a coordinated system
Relevant examples selected to show the finished outcome, not only the production artwork.
Make each sign answer one immediate question
Guests read event signs while walking, talking and looking for the next destination. Clear decisions matter more than decorative detail.
One action per sign
Use a clear destination, arrow or instruction instead of making guests decode several messages at once.
Repeat names and colours
Keep room names, zone colours, arrows, icons and sponsor treatments consistent across the route.
Walk the route before print
Review every sign location from the guest's viewpoint and confirm that each next decision is covered.
Build a sign system around the way people move
Conferences
Registration, halls, breakout rooms, schedules and speaker-area directions.
Exhibitions
Hall entrances, booth zones, sponsor displays and visitor-flow guidance.
Sports & Games
Station signs, floor markers, activity directions and sponsor visibility.
Launches & Activations
Welcome points, queue directions, photo zones and product stations.
Corporate Events
Ballroom directions, seating zones, reception points and programme displays.
Approve the complete route before releasing print

Questions to settle before printing
The route plan, final wording, venue approval and installation window are the essential starting points.
What information is needed for an event wayfinding plan?
Send the venue map, guest arrival points, registration location, rooms, activity zones, sponsor areas, route restrictions and final destination names. A marked route is more useful than a list of signs alone.
Can floor stickers be used at every venue?
No. The venue must approve the location, adhesive and removal method. The floor should be suitable, clean and dry, and the printed sticker should use an appropriate matte floor finish. A test may be needed for sensitive surfaces.
Can Jprint install and remove the event signs?
Installation and removal can be assessed for suitable projects. Provide the venue rules, passes, loading access, approved surfaces, setup window, dismantling time and on-site contact.
Does event wayfinding replace emergency or safety signage?
No. Temporary event signs must not cover, conflict with or replace statutory exit, fire, accessibility or building safety signs. These remain under venue or competent-authority control.
Can different sponsor logos be added to the sign system?
Yes. Supply approved vector or high-resolution logos together with a final sponsor list, hierarchy and placement instructions. Set a firm change deadline before production.
Can the event signs be reused?
Freestanding boards, stands, banners and some rigid signs may be reused if the message and venue route stay relevant. Direct-applied stickers and location-specific arrows usually have limited reuse.
