Replacement graphics need more than the old banner size
Retractable displays use internal cassette mechanisms. Even when two banners appear similar, the insert length, attachment method, spring tension and visible area may differ.

What is the difference between a roll-up and pull-up banner?
The terms are commonly used for the same retractable display concept: the printed graphic pulls from a cassette base and is supported by a pole. Exact hardware, size and quality can still vary.
Can I replace the print in my existing roll-up stand?
Possibly. Send photos and measurements of the cassette, support pole, top rail and existing graphic attachment. The stand must be working and compatible with the replacement media.
What size should my artwork be?
Use the confirmed production specification for the selected stand. Do not assume every roll-up uses the same visible or insert size, especially for replacement graphics.

Is a wider premium roll-up always better?

Use the supplied carry bag, keep the hardware dry and avoid forcing a damaged mechanism. Retract the print carefully and store the cassette where it will not be crushed or bent.
