Decisions before artwork

Lock the physical product before placing the artwork

Bag and apparel artwork depends on the product model, material, print area, base colour, garment construction and production method. Confirm the physical specification before final artwork is released.

01 PRODUCT / MATERIAL

Select the base item

Confirm bag dimensions, gusset, handles and material, or apparel style, fabric weight and garment construction.

02 ARTWORK / POSITION

Define every print area

Set the front, back, sleeve, panel or lanyard positions and confirm the maximum artwork dimensions.

03 COLOUR / SIZES

Lock the order breakdown

Approve product colours, print colours, garment sizes, names, numbers and quantity by variation.

04 SAMPLE / PACKING

Approve and organise

Confirm sample requirements, labels, individual packs, team sets, branch allocation and delivery.

Production planning note: ready-made product models, colours, fabric batches and supplier stock can change. Printed colour may also appear different across non-woven, canvas and performance fabric. Physical samples, new screen setups, individual names, special packing and separate delivery locations may be quoted independently.

Three production routes

Match the branding method to the product and artwork

The base item controls what can be printed, how much colour is practical and where artwork can sit. Choose the route that fits the design, quantity, intended lifespan and budget.

01 / STOCK PRODUCT

Brand a selected ready-made item

Choose an available bag, garment or accessory, then adapt the logo or campaign artwork to its printable area.

Branded bag and apparel FAQ

Questions to settle before product artwork begins

The product, quantity, material, colour, print positions, size breakdown and delivery date are the essential starting points.

Which bag materials and formats can Jprint quote?

Common routes include non-woven eco bags and selected tote, canvas, cotton, drawstring or specialty bags. Availability, dimensions, colours, handles, gussets and minimum quantities depend on the chosen model.

Which branding methods are available?

The suitable method depends on the product material, artwork and quantity. Routes can include one- or two-colour silkscreen, full-colour print and sublimation on compatible fabric products.

How should we provide the shirt size breakdown?

Supply one final approved list showing the exact quantity for every size, such as XS, S, M, L, XL and additional sizes. Include names or numbers only after spelling and allocation have been checked.

Can apparel be printed on the front, back and sleeves?

Yes, where the selected garment and method allow it. Every print position, size and colour must be listed in the quotation and approved proof before production.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the selected bag, garment, accessory and branding method. Ready-made items, silkscreen work and full-colour sublimation can each have different production minimums.

Can bags and apparel be packed by person, team or branch?

Yes. Jprint can quote size sorting, individual labels, participant sets, branch allocation and multi-location packing separately when a clean final list is supplied.
